Garlic Butter Cherry Tomato Sauce

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 Hot Pepper, finely diced (optional)
 Salt and Pepper, to taste

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly blackened. Shaking pan periodically.


Add olive oil and continue to cook. Cook tomatoes until blistered and soft.


Crush the tomatoes with the back of a spoon. Add butter and balsamic and stir to combine.


Reduce the sauce until it reaches your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
